OneDrive
Coming soon
Search the folders you choose, and nothing else – soon.
OneDrive is not available to connect yet. The four Microsoft connectors ship together, and this page describes what OneDrive will do when they land.
Description
Remly will index the OneDrive folders and SharePoint libraries you select, so you can search across the documents that matter without syncing the rest of your account. Everything you do not pick stays untouched and unindexed. Documents are searchable by their contents; video and images are found by name, because Remly does not read what is inside them. Work and personal Microsoft accounts will both work, and each person sees only the files their own account can already open.

For Microsoft 365 administrators
Microsoft requires an administrator to approve any app that reads files and sites. This is Microsoft’s default for every organization since July 2025, not a setting anyone chose, so most people will need this step before they can connect OneDrive.
It takes about a minute, and the administrator does not need a Remly account.
Approve Remly for your organization
The link hands you to Microsoft. You sign in with your own administrator account and approve on Microsoft’s own consent screen, which lists the application and every permission it asks for. Remly is never shown your password and is not part of that exchange.
The approval link opens when OneDrive does.
What approving does
- It grants permission to ask, never data. Nothing is read until an individual employee connects their own Microsoft account to Remly.
- Each person reaches only what they could already open themselves. Access is per-user and owner-scoped, and connecting grants nobody access they did not already have in OneDrive or SharePoint.
- Nothing is indexed by default. After connecting, each person chooses the folders and SharePoint libraries Remly may read.
- It can be withdrawn at any time in Microsoft Entra admin center, under Enterprise applications, without involving Remly.
Approving OneDrive approves OneDrive. It grants nothing for Microsoft Teams, Outlook Mail or Outlook Calendar, which are separate Microsoft applications approved separately.
Ready to find anything?
Connect your Mac and apps, and let Remly find the file, answer, or context you need.
