Description
Remly will index the last 12 months of your Outlook mail, so a half-remembered thread comes back by what was said in it rather than by who sent it or when. Attachments are read too, so a contract you were sent is findable by its terms. Junk, Deleted Items and drafts are never indexed. Work and personal Microsoft accounts will both work, and each person connects their own mailbox and sees only their own mail. Mail and calendar connect separately, so you can index your mail without your calendar.
